This a tremendous opportunity for college students able to work full time, recent graduates and those ready to get back into the professional workforce!

Skills and duties you will learn and develop:

• Scheduling delivery appointments via outbound/inbound calls, email, and web.
• Keeping appointment log up to date and organized.
• Helping customers resolve issues related to delivery.
• Communicating regularly with assigned terminals.
• Participating in appointment meetings to help improve processes.

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Excellent attendance and the ability to work Monday through Friday
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
• Experience with Microsoft office (Outlook), and willingness to learn company specific systems
• Ability for detailed note taking
• Upbeat personality/positive outlook

• Full-Time shifts are available between 8:00am and 8:00pm (Monday-Friday, no weekends! Willing to work around school!)
• Ability to promote and grow within the organization!
• Paying starting at $16.580 per hour
• 401(k)
• Shift Premium after 6:00 pm
