Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Holiday Inn Express located in El Dorado, AR. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the hotel's daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing budgets and financial plans, maintaining the facility, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the General Manager will lead and manage staff, develop and implement policies, and oversee marketing and revenue management strategies.

Qualifications

1. Ability to oversee daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction
2. Experience in budget management, financial planning, and facility maintenance
3. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance measures
4. Proven leadership and staff management skills
5. Experience in hotel marketing and revenue management strategies
6. Excellent organizational and communication skills
7. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
8. Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry is preferred
