Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze periodic reports on receivables status and payment discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any disputes.
• Implement effective credit policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure healthy cash flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on outstanding receivables and payment terms.
• Regularly review and update accounts receivable systems, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Participate in month-end closing processes, ensuring all receivables are accounted for.
