Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the location, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations; Monitor access points and report suspicious or unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to post orders; Complete reports and daily activity logs, and communicate relevant information during shift briefings and/or handoffs
