Procurement Sourcing ManagerLocation: Monroe, LA - with a possibility for remote work.Ready to be at the heart of a zero-carbon energy future?As a Procurement Sourcing Manager at Drax, you will analyze spending within your area of responsibility and consolidate spending categories to create a sourcing and contracting plan for each category. You will assist in developing the scope for sourcing events and lead the end-to-end sourcing process, including contract negotiations. By collaborating with other sourcing leaders and procurement managers, you will optimize spending effectively. Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, including the development of RFx documents, supplier communications, bid analysis, evaluation, negotiation, and award recommendations.

Consolidate spending across various sites and categories. Manage contract negotiations by collaborating with other support functions, such as legal, finance, and operations.

Assist in contract management and dispute resolution to promote long-term, performance-based relationships with suppliers.

Ensure strict compliance with procurement, legal, and other governance policies and frameworks.

To excel in this vital role, you'll need:

Ability to lead commercial negotiations and dispute resolutions

Must possess a strong mindset to adhere with documentation framework and policies

Experience working in an industrial facility will be an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance or Legal studies.

This is an individual contributor role requiring regular visits to the office and/or manufacturing locations in the States of LA, MS and AL.
