Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to support a newly acquired company, unionized manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for leading HR at the site level while acting as a strategic business partner to operations leadership and a trusted resource for both hourly and salaried employees. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with proven labour relations expertise, experience managing change in high-turnover environments, union experience and working in a multi-site environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong bias for action, accountability, integrity, and the ability to think like an owner. A visible presence on the manufacturing floor, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization are essential for success in this role.
